Happy New Year! Today I am sharing some of our most memorable moments of 2015 and my goals for 2016
How do you feel about new year resolutions?
I love the fresh start of a new year… It’s such a great time to take a look at yourself, reflect over the past year and figure out how to better yourself.
2015 was such a great year for us. It was filled with change. We welcomed Hudson to our family… and then a few months later took on Charlie our puppy. We went from a family of 3 to a family of 5. 2015 was one of the scariest years of my life with the complications with my pregnancy… and then the complications when delivering Hudson… and that whole heartache. 2015 Maddux started school… and it has been such a joy watching him grow this past year. We put our home on the market… and we both started new jobs. It was definitely a year of CHANGE.
But looking back at it all. I could have handled some moments with a little bit more grace. Even the small moments. 2016 my word for the year will be GRACE (disposition to show kindness or compassion)
It will be my word to focus on this upcoming 2016. I could use more grace when handling stress… the family… the puppy… the changes… interactions with others… I could go on and on. It is definitely an area I can improve upon and I will put all my efforts into completing this throughout the year.
In addition to overall applying this word to my day to day life… I plan on setting the following resolutions.

Staying up too late at night.
A destination I’d like to visit:
